# Blanker's handbook

Information for full time blankers

#### Learning boost

At Blank, we don't like stagnation. Wire up the brains, read books, take classes, and do whatever makes you learn something that helps you, us, and our planet.

Conferences, events, hackathons support will be provided upon request.

#### Productivity boost

All full timers are entitled to get **lifetime license** for all products produced at Blank. Interns and Collaborators are entitled to receive **Early adaptor license** which is valid for 2-5 years after the release of the software.

#### Workplace or location?

We embrace the culture and we know the significance of the environment. But we also know what freedom is. You can work from anywhere in the world once you completed mandatory onsite period, if you can manage to get good internet connection and computer.

Or you can work at our co-working space if you live nearby.

#### Workday, Hours and Days

At Blank, you are not allowed to work continuous straight hours. 9 to 5 is not a mandate or a norm. Work whatever days you like, whatever time your body and mind feel great, how many hours you need to accomplish the goals which you set for yourselves.

#### Paid Sabbaticals

You can volunteer with us setting up libraries every year during School season for 2-3 weeks, or you can take a paid-time-off every year for up to 20 days for learning, travel and good stuff...
